Your whole operation, on one Notion page.
Templates built for the people who actually do the work — the music teacher, the mushroom grower, the beekeeper, the sawyer. Linked databases, the maths done for you, and sample rows that show you how on day one.
Pick your trade.
Each one is built around how that work really runs — not a generic tracker with the labels changed.

Put it in your Notion
Download from Etsy, bring it into your own free Notion account. The guide walks you through every click.
Learn it from the samples
Every template ships with a few made-up rows, clearly marked, so you can see how it fits together. Delete them when you start.
Let it do the sums
Lessons left, money owed, contamination rate, yield per bag — the formulas are already in. You type what happened; it works out the rest.
Inside Metronome.
A private music studio — piano, guitar, voice — in seven linked databases: students, lessons, repertoire, practice, payments, recitals and the waitlist.

What’s on the bench.
Our own line-up, laid out the way we’d lay it out in Notion. Want one sooner? Tap it and we’ll tell you the day it’s out.

Made for one job, properly.
One trade each
A goat herd is not a lesson schedule. Each template is built from how that work runs, with that trade’s words.
Linked, not flat
Batches know their harvests; students know their lessons and what they owe. No copying numbers between lists.
The maths is done
Totals, rates, what’s left and what’s owed are formulas already in place.
Yours, for good

The ones people ask.
Do I need Notion?
Yes — your own Notion account. The free personal plan is normally enough for one person. Notion itself is not included, and you use it on a computer, phone or tablet.
How do I get it after I buy?
On Etsy, as an instant download. Metronome comes as an import package for your Notion, a printable guide and an Excel copy. Importing takes about two minutes; setting the column types and links takes about fifteen, every step written out.
What if I don’t use Notion?
Metronome includes the same seven databases as an Excel workbook with drop-down lists, so you can run it in Excel, Numbers or LibreOffice instead.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once on Etsy. The template lives in your own Notion and is yours to keep.
Can you build one for my trade?
Tell us what you do and what you track today: support@progenyprintables.com. The list above started exactly that way.
Start with the one that’s yours.
Metronome is on Etsy today. Mushroom Grow Log is next out of the workshop.
