Thirty days from the day you buy, a full refund, no explanation required. Email us, say what you bought, and the money goes back to the card or account you paid with.

Refunds. Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be handed back, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. We do refund, in full, when the product is not what this site said it was, when the download never worked, or when you were charged twice. Ask within 30 days of buying and say what went wrong. We would rather refund you than have you stuck with something you cannot use.

Email support@progenynotion.com or call (541) 208-6685. Give the email address you bought with and the name of what you bought. You do not have to give a reason.

The refund is sent back through the same payment processor that took the payment, to the same card or account. Most banks show it within five to ten business days of our sending it. If it has not arrived after that, write to us and we will send the processor's reference so your bank can trace it.

Nothing on this page takes away a right your own state or country's consumer law gives you. Where that law gives you more, you get more.
